The RBA On Site Worksheets App gives your staff the ability to assign on-site jobs to engineer’s tablets that they can then take on road with them. Engineers can then update the job as it progresses, amending it as necessary. This will then update the job live on the head office RBA System. No more scribbled annotations and lost paperwork and no need for duplicated clerical tasks.

• Jobs are entered and assigned from the Head Office (HQ) RBA System
• Assign jobs to specific engineers
• Engineers see a calendar of their current, previous and upcoming work
• Google Map guidance to job location
• Ability to phone or text customers with updates
• Job breakdown and notes all recorded in real time
• Add new products to jobs or edit existing ones including quantity and pricing
• Change prices in both nett and gross for both Trade and Retail preferences
• Take pictures of work completed which are then synched back to HQ System
• New & follow-on work can be added on-site
• Take customer signature digitally for Head Office records and billing
